1. PythonessSoft built the Mysterious Tarot app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by PythonessSoft at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform Mysterious Tarot users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Mysterious Tarot unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Personal information such as name, e-mail address and gender that you enter while using the Mysterious Tarot app are also recorded and are never used for any purpose except for in-app services.
When you use our paid Pythoness service, in order to provide you with a more detailed and personalized Tarot reading service, your birthdate, relationship status, job status, subject and details about the subject are requested in addition to the above information, and this information is never used for any purpose except for in-app services.

4. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ('IP') address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
5. Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

We DO NOT collect any personal information from your social media accounts like Facebook or Instagram. We definitely DO NOT have access to your messaging or chat systems such as WhatsApp or SMS, which we have no intent of accessing this kind of personal information.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. 10. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
11. User Account and Data Deletion Instructions
When you log in to the app using your Google, Facebook account or E-Mail address, your name, e-mail address and gender are saved in the app database. You can delete your account whenever you want. For this, you can send your request to us via e-mail by using the "Delete My User Account" button at the bottom of the Navigation Drawer menu which is at the left side of the main menu screen.
In addition, if you want to delete the personal data you entered during the Tarot reading requests you have made using our paid Pythoness service and the Tarot reading texts made by Pythoness, you can also send your request to us by using the "Delete My Personal Data" button at the bottom of the Navigation Drawer menu.
You can opt out of sharing your personal data at any time. After removing the app from your phone, if you want to delete your app-account and the all information saved in the app database, please send an e-mail to pythonesssoft@gmail.com for this request. After receiving your request, we will delete your app account and the all information saved in the app database, and send you an information e-mail about that your request is done.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
